HIGH FREQUENCY

With the term “High Frequency” we define a technique that works with the heat generated by the frequencies that can warp the synthetic materials. Once the discharge is finished, the mould becomes cold instantly making the detachment of the modeled piece easy. A lot of experience is requested for this type of work that have to find the right balance between power, pressure and timing.
This technique is applied also in the electric sealing of components of fake leather with a PVC base, with the printing on leather and other types of textures like glitter and fancy. It can be combined with the silkscreen print and it can offer great results for accuracy and elegance.
